- Cured Meats: 100 g prosciutto, 100 g salami sliced, 100 g smoked ham sliced
- Crackers & Breads: 150 g assorted crackers such as water crackers seeded crackers, 1 small baguette sliced, 50 g breadsticks
- Fresh & Dried Fruit: 1 cup red grapes halved, 1 cup green grapes halved, 1 pomegranate seeds only, 2 clementines peeled and segmented, 1/2 cup dried apricots, 1/2 cup dried figs
- Nuts: 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, 1/2 cup toasted almonds
- Festive Extras: 1/3 cup cranberry sauce or red fruit chutney, 1/3 cup honey with honey dipper, 1/2 cup marinated olives, 1/4 cup cornichons or mini gherkins, Seasonal fresh herbs such as rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
