- Vegetables & Fruit: 4 celery stalks sliced, 2 medium apples (Granny Smith or similar) cored and chopped, 1 large onion diced, 2 medium carrots sliced, 2 cloves garlic minced
- Pantry & Liquids: 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 cups (480 ml) low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp dried thyme, 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste), 1/4 tsp black pepper
