# Step-by-Step Guide:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, black pepper, thyme, and paprika until just blended. Avoid overmixing.
- Transfer mixture to the loaf pan and shape evenly.
- Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Spread half of the glaze evenly over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.
- Remove meatloaf from oven, spread remaining glaze, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Place potatoes in a large pot with cold water and salt. Bring to a boil, then simmer until tender, 15–20 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and return to pot. Add butter, warmed milk, heavy cream if using, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
- Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve alongside mashed potatoes.
